We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity that will involve providing guidance and support to managers on key performance management, employee engagement, and development conversations.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and development conversations.
* Manage complex employee relations cases ensuring fair, consistent, and timely outcomes.
* Support the delivery of strategic HR initiatives and projects that align with business objectives.
* Deliver accurate and actionable HR data and insights to inform decision making.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in fast-paced environments. They must possess strong knowledge of HR practices and Irish employment legislation.
