Due to continued growth across Ireland, they're seeking a Technical Support Engineer.The role of the Technical Support Engineer is to provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams, customers and end-users, both on-site across Ireland and remotely via Microsoft Teams, Team Viewer, and telephone.
Support includes the installation of products such as air handling units, commercial chillers and heat pumps, building control systems.
Additionally, assist site-based service teams and partners with the successful commissioning, integration, and handover of packaged equipment.
Liaise with Product Managers and Global Technical Support to provide second-line support and stay updated on product developments.Technical Support Engineer Job RequirementsUnderstanding of the Data Centre industry, HVAC equipment, building site operations.
