Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
* Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
* Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians.
* Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
* Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
Requirements:
* Must have 2 years' experience in Service/Aftersales in a dealership.
* Must have the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic working environment.
* Intermediate level of competence with Office 365; knowledge of Office 365 (MS Office, Excel, Teams etc.).
* Familiar with online fleet systems.
Benefits:
