Reporting to the Group Executive Finance Director, this is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Hybrid working applies.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts ReceivableRaise and issue sales invoices (client and inter-company, multi-currency)Issue monthly debtor statementsManage AR cash collectionsAllocate client receipts on the finance/MIS systemPerform aged debtor reconciliationsAccounts PayablePerform aged creditor reconciliationsPost cost of sales and overhead invoicesAllocate supplier paymentsPrepare and process bi-monthly payment runsReconcile and post group credit card transactionsProcess staff expensesAccounts Preparation & Finance SupportOpen, close and manage job accountsPerform daily bank reconciliations (EUR, GBP, USD)Reconcile inter-company accountsSet up suppliers and clients on the finance/MIS systemUpdate monthly foreign exchange ratesMaintain fixed asset registersComplete monthly overhead analysisPost monthly journals as directedAdhere to commercial policiesAssist with the annual auditSupport ad-hoc finance requestsEssential CriteriaMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in MS Excel and MS WordStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with a collaborative approachHigh level of integrity and professionalismDesirable CriteriaExperience in a creative, agency, or professional services environmentBenefitsHybrid working modelCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work within a fast-paced, creative organisationExposure to group-level finance operationsRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
