Orange recruitment are currently supporting a well-established motor group in North Dublin as they look to strengthen their aftersales teams with the addition of experienced Aftersales Advisors. This role would suit someone who understands the importance of customer experience in a busy dealership environment and can confidently manage the full aftersales journey from booking through to handover. Responsibilities: Acting as the key point of contact for customers throughout the service process Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work Liaising with the workshop to manage workflow and ensure timely completion Keeping customers updated and managing expectations professionally Identifying additional work where appropriate and communicating clearly with customers Ensuring a smooth, positive experience from arrival to collection Requirements: Previous experience in an Aftersales or Service Advisor role within the motor industry Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail A professional, approachable manner with a problem-solving mindset Skills: Competent Aftersales Advisor Skilled Aftersales Advisor Knowledgeable Aftersales Advisor Capable Aftersales Advisor Proficient Aftersales Advisor Detail-oriented Aftersales Advisor Methodical Aftersales Advisor
