H assessments, and hazardous substance control.Oversee staff induction, training, and ensure subcontractors adhere to EHS policies.Manage project PPE, welfare, and hygiene facilities, ensuring they meet requirements.Assist with accident investigations and keep the Safety File documentation up to date.Participate in daily briefings and maintain waste reduction and recycling programs according to project policies.Requirements: 5+ years experience in a similar role.A relevant Health & Safety qualification.Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
