We are looking for a motivated & organised Warehouse Planning Administrator to join our transport & warehouse team on-site in Donoughmore. This role is office-based within the warehouse and plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with the warehouse & transport teams to manage stock, plan vehicle movements & ensure all warehouse data is accurate & up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use Internal systems to pick & confirm loads.
* Maintain accurate stock control records and investigate discrepancies.
* Plan workload & priorities for forklift drivers.
* Coordinate with the transport team for the movement & scheduling of loads.
* Support the wider warehouse & logistics team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience in logistics industry
* Strong computer & data skills
* Excellent communication & organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
