About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of The Queen Anne, setting the tone for service excellence while developing and inspiring your team. You will work closely with senior leadership and kitchen teams to uphold 5-star standards and ensure every guest interaction feels effortless and personal.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and nurture a high-performing service team
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea
* Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
* Manage staffing, rostering and labour costs effectively
* Coach, train and develop team members, supporting career progression

* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards
About You
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality hospitality environment
* A natural leader with a warm, calm and supportive management style
