We are seeking a driven and solutions-focused HR Business Partner to support our evolving workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on everything from recruitment to performance and employee relations.
2. Respond to employee queries across a range of HR topics, ensuring clear, timely and people-focused support.
3. Drive performance management processes, including reporting, tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Support transformation efforts and promote new ways of working through strong change management.
5. Partner with the business to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with growth plans.
6. Collaborate on learning & development and engagement initiatives within the wider HR team.
7. Use data and insights to guide decision-making and promote a culture of high performance.
8. Build strong relationships across the organisation and foster a collaborative HR presence.
Requirements
* A solid grasp of Irish employment law and best practice.
* Proven track record in handling employee relations and advising on day-to-day HR matters.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills to support data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, retail or similar sectors a plus.
