We are seeking a commercially driven Business Growth Strategist to accelerate expansion through partnership development and staffing agency relationships.
* Identify, engage, and onboard new recruitment and staffing agencies.
* Develop customized partnership proposals and outreach initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management roles, with a strong understanding of contractor management services. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and have access to their own transportation.
