Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Civils Project Leader to manage daily site operations and oversee civils works from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the project management team on progress, challenges, and milestones
* Lead project teams and manage subcontractors to ensure quality output and adherence to timelines
* Review drawings and specifications in detail, flagging discrepancies or omissions to the design team
* E nsure works are carried out in line with building regulations, technical drawings, and health and safety best practices
* Maintain compliance across Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and documentation, including tracking of safe passes, operator tickets, and machinery certifications
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing civils projects, a valid Irish Driving Licence, Safe Pass, and Manual Handling as minimum requirements. Additional certifications such as SLG, LUGS, or MSIC are advantageous.
