About the Role: I am currently working with a leading company who are seeking to hire an experienced Administrator who thrives in a fast paced envoirnment.
Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
Assign calls to drivers and appropriate departments.
Manage driver tracking inquiries efficiently.
Direct service-related queries to the relevant teams.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Address sales-related queries professionally and promptly.
Ensure all administrative reports are completed and shift handovers are conducted.
Maintain accurate records of queries in the database.
Follow up on delivery inquiries to ensure resolution.
Support management with daily administrative responsibilities.
Relevant Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a similar role Strong understanding of best practices in a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office along with strong IT skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational and communication skills required.
