Advanced Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Offer solutions to complex technical problems and provide guidance to customers.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support (Tier 1 or 2).
* Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Knowledge of web development and inspection tools.
* Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
* Fluent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work under pressure.
