Location: Central Dublin | Full-Time | Profit-Sharing Package
Are you ready to lead a growing division within one of Dublin’s most respected estate agencies? Owen Reilly is looking for a Head of Block Management to take ownership of our expanding block management portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with strong autonomy and a direct link to performance-based profit-sharing.
You’ll bring experience, ambition, and commercial acumen to a role that blends operations, strategy, and client relationship management. In return, you’ll join a progressive, award-winning firm with a strong culture, modern tools, and big growth plans.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow our block management division with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
* Win and manage relationships with OMCs and developers across Dublin.
* Oversee operations, compliance, and financial performance for each scheme.
* Chair AGMs, manage budgets, and ensure high standards in service delivery.
* Build and mentor a high-performing team as the division scales.
* Collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to shape future growth.
What You’ll Bring
* PSRA Licence D with at least 5 years of residential block management experience.
* A proven track record in leadership, business development, and client success.
* Strong understanding of the MUD Act and property regulations.
* Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
* The drive to lead a division, not just manage a portfolio.
