Job description Currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a key client working on a large Residential development in Cork.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+yrs experience, at least 3 of which in a site management capacity.
You will also have a relevant trade and/or degree qualification in construction management.
The site manager will be charged with running a safe and efficient site, reporting directly to the Project Manager as a key part of the Project Management team.
Duties will include; Sub Contractor management and reporting on performance of same.
Communicating effectively with Sub Contractors on said performance, quality issues, safety and productivity.
Site meetings with PM Team and all stakeholders Weekly lookaheads, planning work schedules, labour, plant & materials in accordance with the construction programme Initial site walkdowns ensuring adherence to high quality standards Strong teamplayer, showing support to engineering staff, ehs and site team Experience in all stages of major construction projects from site clearance, set up, ground works, external works through to internal finishes.
