This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a premium, professional Real Estate Company.Roles and Responsibilities:Liaising with vendors regarding potential property instructions and sales progressionActively involved in the sale of properties to meet office targets and Business DevelopmentResponsible making/confirming all appointments and inspections, Liaising with buyers and solicitors.Involved with Valuation/AppraisalsFile Management System, diary maintenance, Attending all residential meetings.Filing and general compliance – BERs, signed Terms & Conditions, money laundering documentation.Attending and participating in all residential meetingsEvening & Saturday ViewingsCompile brochures and advertising materials where the details to be included are provided by a licensee and the final proof signed off by the licenseeProvide brochures and marketing material to prospective buyers, material provided by a licensee or any other third partyInform prospective buyers of how they can make an offerFollowing up on viewings maintaining a KPI of 24hoursFollow up on applicants within Reapit system & manage applicantsProviding excellent level of customer serviceTaking inbound/making outbound calls, dealing with email enquiriesResponsible for front of office duties including meet and greet/liaising with potential clients who call into the officeConfirm all appointments & inspections with negotiators and vendors if necessaryUpdate and maintain house List and collate same for distributionCustomer care responsibilities and administrative responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have the following skills:Min. 2 to 5 years previous experience within residential sales /Industry experience/salesMust hold a PSRA license /eligible to obtain a PSRA licenseMust have a full driving license and vehicleAvailable for evening & Saturday viewingsFirst-rate customer services skills with an outstanding ability to liaise with vendors and buyersA keen interest in residential salesA positive attitude towards their workWillingness to work as part of an interactive teamAn ability to build and maintain good networks internally and externallyDemonstrate excellent communication both verbal and written skills and hold excellent interpersonal skillsPossess self-management skills and the motivation to efficiently plan and organise their own work timeAssess priorities within their own work area.If the role suits and are you're ready for your next move send your CV to or call at to have a chat.
