Business Development Manager
to join their expanding Irish commercial team.

Key Details
Location: Ireland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 DOE (negotiable)
Bonus: 10%

What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and converting new business opportunities across Ireland
Building and managing a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Leading client meetings, proposals, and commercial presentations
Developing and retaining a select portfolio of key accounts
Using CRM insights and market data to drive strategic sales activity
Collaborating closely with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding
Whom We're Looking For
A strong background in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain, or related sectors
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
