We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
The role will be based in Dublin 22 and will involve working with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the construction sector, helping to ensure the smooth supply chain journey into and out of the Company.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
* Reviewing purchases and solving discrepancies
* Completing periodic reviews of stock levels and forecasting requirements
* Updating and maintaining the SAP system
* Conducting administrative tasks to support the Purchasing Team
* Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth supply chain journey
Requirements include:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in the MS Office package
* Prior experience with SAP B1 is desirable
* At least 1 year's experience in a purchasing/supply chain related role
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter who is capable of working on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.
