Production Manager
The key objective of this role is to oversee and coordinate all assembly, packaging activities for OBI products. Additionally, the Production Manager will be responsible for managing sterilization processes with external partners.
About This Role
This position works closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Automation, Quality and Supply Chain to achieve safety quality delivery cost and people objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead production team in delivering on SQDCP objectives
* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance engagement across the team
* Plan resources ensure optimum flow of units through manufacturing process meet production schedule
