The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, with a strong background in a-la-carte cooking and managing stock.
* Prepare and cook starters and main courses during service, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered on time.
* Assist in managing stock levels and maintaining kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Support the head chef and senior chefs during service, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.
