8+ years’ experience in fund accounting or financial reportingExperience working with hedge funds or complex investment structuresStrong understanding of NAVs, financial statements and reconciliationsBackground in Big 4, fund administration or asset managementStrong Excel and systems skills (Geneva experience beneficial)Keen to progress into a broader and more commercially exposed role
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role sits within a growing fund accounting team with close interaction across global investment and finance functions. Responsibilities include:
Month-End Close – Review and oversee month-end processes including journals and reconciliationsFund Accounting – Work across multiple fund structures including feeder entities and trading vehiclesFinancial Reporting – Support delivery of financial statements and investor reportingAudit – Assist in coordination of annual audits and external stakeholdersStakeholder Management – Work closely with operations, legal, tax and investor relationsSystems & Projects – Involvement in system upgrades and process improvementsTeam Oversight – Support and mentor junior team membersProcess Improvement – Drive efficiencies across controls and reporting
