The renewals team is responsible for all Trade Mark, Patent, Design & Domain Name renewals.
Candidate Skills
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written English communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of a renewals database is desirable.
With both client and attorney interaction on a regular basis, clear communication, efficiency and a 'can do' attitude is vital.
Excellent time-keeping and deadline management skills also form the basis of the role of a Renewals Administrator.
