We are seeking a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily prep.
Help maintain a high standard of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Contribute creative ideas for seasonal or special breakfast dishes.
Requirements Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef role, preferably in cafés or casual dining.
Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch dishes is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
