We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our team as a Site Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in event planning, employee engagement, and communication.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, coordinating and organizing onsite employee engagement events for associates.
* Managing communication channels across the site, including newsletters and corporate communications.
* Acting as the site Charity Champion, coordinating the site charity budget and working with stakeholders to deliver and implement site projects.
* Managing the network recognition programs onsite for associates and driving participation amongst leadership teams and associate populations.
* Providing diary management support for senior leaders, including arranging travel and conference calls.
Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and availability outside normal working hours.
This role requires flexibility to adjust work schedules from time to time and to travel between sites.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrable experience in event planning, communication, and employee engagement.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments while serving as point of contact for a large team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* High proficiency of English language skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous working experience within a large scale, rapid and process driven environment.
* Degree level qualification or equivalent.
