About the Role:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to our engineers and customers, coordinating day-to-day operations of the service department and managing customer equipment breakdowns.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to field service engineers and customers

2. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the service department

3. Manage customer equipment breakdowns (Fanuc & Piovan experience is a plus)

4. Liaise with principal partners to source support, parts, and schematics
">
5. Maintain and upload RAMS to customer portals
">
6. Manage calibration instruments and service documentation
">
7. Update machinery records in the software management system
">
8. Collaborate on service schedules and contribute to operational planning
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
">
* Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
">
* Familiarity with plastics machinery (Fanuc & Piovan experience is a plus)

* Previous experience in a maintenance or service-focused role

* Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics

* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
