Lead HR Strategist
We are recruiting a Lead HR Strategist to drive our HR function forward. This key role will provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight of all people-related functions.
This position combines executive-level leadership with a hands-on operational focus, directly influencing business growth, workforce planning, and HR service delivery across new and existing regions.
* Strategic Leadership & Governance:
o Develop and deliver the HR strategy in line with business goals and nationwide service expansion.
o Lead workforce planning aligned to growth forecasts and regional development plans.
* Organisational Development & Culture:
o Foster a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.
* Policy Development & Compliance:
o Oversee the design, review, and implementation of all HR policies and frameworks.
* People Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and support the HR leadership team.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build strong partnerships with Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Operations leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or master's in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with 10+ years progressive HR experience and at least 5 in senior leadership roles. They should possess visionary leadership skills, stakeholder diplomacy, and deep knowledge of HR law and care sector dynamics.
