Accounts Assistant (Full Time) 9 Months Fixed Term, Listowel, Co. Kerry
At Corrib Oil we are always looking to strengthen our organisation. We are now currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team in the Listowel Office.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and a team player. Attention to detail is essential along with strong communication skills. You will be involved in all aspects of accounts/book-keeping, assisting the Finance Partner on a daily basis and reporting to the Finance Partner.
Job Description: #HP
* Match delivery dockets to purchase invoices and upload to accounting system
* Investigate and resolve supplier queries
* Process supplier payments and allocations
* Process employee expenses, credit card expenses and various other expenses
* Maintain bank accounts and perform bank reconciliations
· Compile weekly reports
· Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and accounts
· Ad hoc administration and accounts duties as assigned
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Accounts payable and administration experience
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Windows
* Excellent organisational & administration skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Eagerness to learn and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work well within a team
Experience in retail is an advantage but not necessary.
