Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors for a large-scale Contractor in Dublin. With the huge demand for facilities to support public, commercial, and housing needs, our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Dublin.
The company has been at the very top of the industry for a long time, and their knowledge of the contracting market is no secret, specialising in large scale projects all over Ireland.
They are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the working team to maintain high efficiency. Due to a large upsizing, they are seeking a fresh candidate to fill this new role.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Must have a Level 8 degree in a related field
- Professional experience is essential
- Considerable desire to help grow a Commercial department
- Knowledge of the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
- Extensive knowledge of types of main building projects
- Extensive experience managing a group of Quantity Surveyors
