Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Training Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day running of the Training Department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and handle conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and update training documentation on ERP systems
* Ensure training databases are up-to-date, accurate, and complete
* Support training projects for employee development and engagement
* Assist with department queries and reports
* Support company-wide training strategies
* Organize onsite training programs and prepare training materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and SAP
* Strong administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
* Proven track record of learning and taking on new challenges
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
