Senior Construction Project Lead
* Job Description: As a Senior Construction Project Lead on one of Europe's leading Tier 1 Data Centre projects in Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing project costs, budgets, workforce resources, commissioning processes, and overall project performance.
* Key Responsibilities: You will track and develop strategies for managing project costs and budgets, lead the setup of construction activities, ensure optimal meeting, reporting documentation, and scheduling practices are established, maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders, including the client and design teams, and focus on project cost, scope, and timeline objectives.
* Project Health and Safety: You will actively monitor project health and safety standards, team culture, and behaviour, ensuring that they consistently meet and surpass quality targets.
Requirements:
* 8 years+ experience in a similar role.
* Experience leading large construction teams.
* Experience working on Data Centre projects is highly beneficial.
* Excellent leadership skills - ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings, and be a role model for others.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
