A highly skilled technical lead to act as the backbone of technical delivery and the go-to escalation point for the team.
Job Summary:
This role offers a chance to grow into technical leadership while staying close to the tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex technical issues, freeing senior leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as L3 escalation for technical issues
* Lead client projects involving Azure deployments, site-to-site VPNs, firewall configurations, Office 365 migrations, and hybrid cloud transitions
* Work directly with subject matter experts as their single technical point of contact
* Partner with sales and management on pre-sales and solution design
* Mentor junior engineers and support their development
* Drive efficiency and best practices in a fast-moving environment
Requirements:
* Strong MSP experience in Ireland (non-negotiable)
* Hands-on expertise in: Azure infrastructure provisioning, SonicWall firewalls, Office 365 setup and migrations, Windows Server / Active Directory, Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi, VoIP)
* Strong client-facing and people skills - comfortable as the single point of contact
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment
