Job Title: Country Finance Leader
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial management team. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance and providing business partnering support across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and commercial financial leadership in managing the finance function.
* Lead the finance team and contribute to the senior management team, driving financial strategy and budgeting processes.
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure timely delivery of unqualified audit reports.
* Manage external audits, risk management frameworks, and internal controls.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and performance excellence within the finance team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Minimum 7-10 years' experience in senior finance roles, preferably within logistics, freight, or supply chain sectors
* Proven experience in financial leadership, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and strategic planning
* Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Access is a plus
