Whether shaping workforce strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, or enabling smart financial decisions, our G&A teams help create a future worth living—for patients, worldwide, every day.The Senior Business Analyst, HR Services Audit & ComplianceWill assist in the execution of FME’s compliance program through aligning and rolling-out our HR Services Audit & Compliance program. The role will undertake activities to prevent, detect and respond to emerging risk. The role will partner with global and local teams to define and implement controls, drive third‑party management, audits and follow up on remediation measures.ResponsibilitiesGIA audit intake and coordination for HR Services (HR Managers, HR Operations, Payroll Operations)Responsible for global internal controls design and implementation for HR ServicesReview local HRS internal controls in alignment to global design and determine if need to remain as local controlsOversee local country-specific controlsAdminister periodic audit of Workday, Payroll and Time & Attendance security rolesCollaborate with teams to solution audit findingsOversee, coordinate and report corporate HR risk management semi‑annuallyDesign and coordinate pre‑audit readiness assessment procedures; executed quarterlyCreate business management and communication plans for data security incidents (i.e., data breach, data loss)Other tasks as assigned by the managerYour ProfileBachelor’s level completedAdvanced English level5–6 years of experience in HR or Compliance/Audit, but HR knowledge and experience is required.Collaborative person, supportive, active, dynamic and very energetic.Used to work with many stakeholders.
