National Account Manager Role
Our team is seeking a talented Senior Sales Development Executive to play a key role in driving commercial growth and managing multiple retailer relationships. This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing account plans, delivering on commercial targets, and fostering strong relationships with senior customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development of comprehensive account strategies and business plans
* Managing sales performance across branded and own-label products, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions
* Negotiating agreements that drive mutual benefit and long-term success
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches
* Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent analytical and negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, and 4–5 years' experience in sales/account management, preferably in FMCG and the Irish retail market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
