Your Role: Social Media Specialist
In this role, you'll help shape a safe and positive online environment:
Investigate and resolve user-reported issues via ticketing systems (account support, abusive content, etc.)
Enforce platform policies by monitoring and reviewing reported content
Stay up to date with products, policies, and community standards
Use your understanding of Estonian language, culture, and trends to improve user support
Analyse data to enhance overall user experience
Identify patterns and elevate complex issues to global teams
Suggest improvements to workflows and processes

Contract
Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
€31,000 per year
Performance bonus: up to 10% annually
Evening shift benefits:
+25% salary uplift (10pm–2am)
€12/day travel allowance

Working Hours
Choose your preferred schedule:
Day shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Evening shift: 6:00pm – 2:00am
No rotating shifts
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and bank holidays
