* Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions.

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in the automotive spare parts or tool/power tool industry. They must possess strong leadership, managerial, and people development skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of commercial vehicles and business acumen.
