Job Description:
Role title / Organization Affiliations: Sr. Director – Power Solutions / GBU
Responsibilities:
* Direct Responsible Individuals (DRI) in GBU for driving power revenue growth
* Enable the global FAE community to identify and win more power businesses through tailored power solutions
* Partner with field-sales organization to develop customer engagement and power-solution-focused go-to-market strategy
* Foster constructive collaboration between all power BUs and field sales organizations to win new business using innovative business models and go-to-market strategies.
* Lead and expand the global power design services team as a key pillar in executing the power solutions strategy
* Solidify design services business model and promote services to customer-facing teams
* Establish a process to promote solutions beyond lead customer engagements using physical and digital go-to-market strategies
* Develop and expand regional design services strategy incl. rapid prototyping team, design services engagement, and business model
Skills:
* 10+ years of experience in power semiconductors and various technical and business roles.
* Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset combined with a high sense of urgency and hate to lose mentality
* Collaborative mindset with an ability to work across organizations and navigate conflicts of interest
* Proven track record in leading cross-organization teams with and without authority, across the globe
* Passion for mentoring growing and developing teams
* Strong technical communication skills (i.e., writing, presentations, team calls)
