We’re looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Digital Media Consultant to join our Media & Marketing Performance team at Accenture Song. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital media strategy, performance marketing, or data-driven consulting—and thrive on delivering measurable business impact—this could be the perfect role for you.
What We Do:
The Media & Marketing Performance team help brands maximise media investment, improve performance, and control media strategy through:
1. Media Consulting: First-party data strategy, ad tech, and analytics.
2. Planning & Investment: Media strategy, e-commerce, connections planning, and investment management.
3. Performance Optimisation & Analytics: Campaign strategy, measurement frameworks, SEO, reporting, and data-driven insights.
The Role:
As a Digital Media Consultant, you’ll shape and lead digital performance strategies for high-profile clients. Provide strategic guidance across paid search, social, programmatic, and broader digital activity to maximise media investment. Work directly with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, craft data-driven solutions, and guide marketing teams to deliver business growth through digital excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Consulting: Develop integrated digital strategies focused on performance and ROI. Advise clients on optimising first-party data for customer engagement. Translate data into actionable insights using leading tools and platforms. Align strategy with creative, media, and business goals. Stay updated on trends in ad tech, e-commerce, data privacy, and digital transformation.
Performance Measurement & Optimisation: Define and implement measurement frameworks to track campaign success. Lead performance reviews using dashboards and analytics. Recommend optimisations based on performance analysis. Ensure effective full-funnel tracking to demonstrate the business impact of digital activity.
Client Growth & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with mid-to-senior-level clients. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with teams across Accenture Song to integrate media strategy into broader solutions. Contribute to developing new products, services, and consulting approaches.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
4. 3-5 years in digital strategy, performance marketing, or media/marketing consulting.
5. Ability to develop and present strategic recommendations based on data.
6. Knowledge of paid search, social, programmatic, and analytics platforms.
7. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, or similar tools.
8. Understanding of first-party data strategies, ad tech, and privacy regulations.
9. Ability to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
10. Familiarity with e-commerce trends and digital customer journeys.
11. Awareness of traditional media channels supporting digital strategies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Training:
17. Degree in a relevant area such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics would be desirable, but we do value aptitude, attitude and relevant experience over qualifications.
18. Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
19. Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing will be looked upon favorably.
