The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care and 3 years' experience working in a social care role with young people
OR
* Level 7 in Social Care with a relevant management qualification and 3 years' experience at a social care grade with young people
Additional requirements:
* Strong experience in empowering others to achieve
* Positivity, flexibility, problem-solving skills, empathy, and maturity
* A current full, clean Driving License prior to employment
