About This Role:
This role is for a Team Manager to run an affiliates team, with the key metric being, to deliver operational KPI’s. Whilst supporting both the Operations Manager & Head of Affiliates with support across other channels.

Expectations From The Role:
* Ability to implement ideas and generate lead files in order to achieve sales targets along with a proven track record of delivering core KPIs
* Ability to work of own accord to achieve and exceed sales and retention targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written & verbally
* Excellent problem resolution ability and to be self-motivated
* Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of team
* Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken
* Professional telephone manner essential
* Faultless and fast at typing, and a good multi-tasker.
* Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
* Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact centre, retail, online, door-to door-sales, or outbound sales environment
* Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
* Superb attention to detail is a prerequisite management experience is an advantage
* Flexible working hours is a must
Requirements For A Successful Application:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Operations Manager
* Multi-Channel support which may include SMB Webchat & Consumer Partnership support
* Leading & motivating their team to exceed expectations in sales KPI’s along with retaining the existing customer base whilst adding value to
* the existent customer base
* Ensuring all sales activity is conducted in line with company compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.
* Complete regular performance reviews with all Sales Executives
* Conduct training initiatives including ‘On the Job’ coaching to improve sales executive’s performance with regards to selling skills and adherence to best practice workflows.
* Consistently achieve monthly KPI’s as communicated by Operations Manager
* Ensuring that sales results are recorded and reported accurately and on time
* Preparing & delivering regular presentations of results and forecasts to the Operations Manager &; Head of Telesales
* Running effective weekly team meetings with the sales team to maximise weekly performance
* Driving sustainable improvements in daily performance through workshops, evaluation and leading by example
* Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
* Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
* Build an open-communication environment for your team
* Ability to implement ideas and generate lead files in order to achieve sales target
