* 7–9 years' consulting experience including at least 1 year in a professional services firm
* Proven experience leading transformation projects or large-scale programmes
* A background in industries such as Public Sector, FS Health Life Sciences Energy/Utilities Tech

This role is part of the leadership team within the Business Consulting division. Key responsibilities include Project Delivery – Lead oversee delivery of large-scale projects; Client Engagement Work directly with senior stakeholders to implement meaningful change Leadership Contribute growth management of the Business Consulting unit Thought Leadership Contribute industry research service development for priority sectors Strategic Advisory Guide clients on people strategy digital transformation organisational design initiatives Process Improvement Oversee team processes driving internal efficiency quality delivery Reporting Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding project progress pipeline development.
