IT Training Professional
The objective of this role is to deliver high-quality, engaging, and accessible training to end-users across multiple sites as part of the implementation of various enterprise systems.
* Deliver face-to-face classroom/virtual training sessions or simulator tailored to different user groups.
* Collaborate with project teams to understand training materials and timelines.
* Localise and adapt training content to suit site-specific needs and user capabilities.
* Provide on-site support during go-live periods and gather feedback from training sessions.
* Proven experience delivering training in a fast-paced operational or multi-site environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
* Confident in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
* Ability to travel frequently and work independently across multiple locations.
* Familiarity with Workday (HCM and Payroll modules) and UKG (Time & Attendance system).
* Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
