Job Title: Project Manager
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects that support Waters' Clinical business strategy. This will involve setting project direction, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining visibility of all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and drive project direction, ensuring alignment with Waters' strategic objectives.
2. Maintain accountability for critical path projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
3. Implement routine risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are achieved.
4. Ensure clear visibility of all project aspects from concept to launch, including project closure.
5. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including third parties, alliance partners, and external collaborators.
6. Act as an information conduit between project teams, programs, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status.
7. Assist and mentor others by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management, or equivalent experience.
* Prior experience in managing projects through a product development process.
* In-depth knowledge of project management best practices and Lean or Agile methodologies.
* Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop strategic concepts and manage change within the organization.
* Proven ability to plan, manage, and govern multiple projects, activities, and resources.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is desirable but not required.
