Essentials:
7+ years' experience in residential property sales across Ireland/UK; strong agent management and pricing expertise; CRM and reporting capability
Location:
Office in D2; Visits to different sites in Greater Dublin required
Salary:
€90,000 - €110,000 DOE.
Package:

Reporting into:
Head of Sales
* Deliver private residential sales targets across multiple developments
* Manage and coordinate external sales agents to maximise sales performance
* Agree, monitor and review sales targets, pricing and unit releases with agents
* Attend and manage all site launches and sales events
* Review and negotiate offers, approving sales or escalating where required
* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports via agents and CRM (D365)
* Collate and report sales performance, deposits and contract status
* Support pricing strategy, sales campaigns and local market responses
* Work closely with Marketing to ensure accurate advertising and sales collateral
* Liaise with Design, Construction and Business Development teams to align product, pricing and delivery
* Conduct ongoing market analysis and identify trends or process improvements
* Support OMC establishment and ongoing management for developments
