Project Manager
We are looking for a seasoned project manager to oversee the execution of large-scale projects.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain open communication among team members and clients.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by foreseeing potential challenges and addressing them before issues arise.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to drive project success.
* Remove routine obstacles that inevitably occur on fast-track projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the project controls function, including PM Fee Management, Project Capital Cost Management, and Project Schedule Management.
* Oversight of the on-site planning team.
* Tracking data for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs.
* Leading a team to establish a unified and high standard of data outputs.
* Ensuring regular and timely reporting of project progress and advising on any conditions that would affect timelines or costs.
* Promoting collaboration between all parties to minimize disruptions and delays.
* Applying efficient management of change, capturing all changes with a schedule and cost impact on the work-scope.
* Leading the project on all areas of Project Controls Overview, Project Risk Management & Mitigation Planning, and Project Financial Management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in project controls roles, preferably in the pharma industry. They should possess significant senior-level experience in cost control and management, performance measurement, and project scheduling. Additionally, they should exhibit excellent organizational skills, produce accurate work to project deadlines, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
