About the Role
This position involves working night shifts, 12 hours at a time, requiring a caring and non-judgmental approach to allow young people to feel safe and supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in residential services for children as a social care worker or youth worker is required.
* A Level 7 qualification in a relevant field such as social care, psychology, child and adolescent studies, psychotherapy, youth and community work, or social science is essential.
* A full driving license (manual or automatic) is necessary for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
* The ability to work independently or as part of a team is vital.
