* Manage the payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payments for all employees.
* Process employee payments, pensions, deductions, and benefits, as well as prepare reports and provide payroll data support to HR and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll processing for over 370 employees
* Maintain compliance with relevant tax regulations and company policies
* Administer pensions, benefits, and payroll reconciliations
* Prepare regular reports and assist with payroll audits
* Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally
* Ensure up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and maintain accurate records
