At BJAK, we're using AI to reinvent how financial services work across Southeast Asia - making them smarter, simpler, and more inclusive. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you'll bridge machine learning and software engineering to bring intelligent features directly into users' hands.
You'll operate across the stack - from backend systems and ML model integration to frontend delivery - and help shape how millions of users experience intelligent financial services. This is a hybrid role based in Malaysia, working closely with teams across product, data, and engineering.

What You'll Do
5. Build and deploy full-stack applications that leverage machine learning models
6. Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate models into production
7. Develop backend services, APIs, and pipelines to power intelligent features
8. Build intuitive and performant UIs that surface AI insights clearly and meaningfully
9. Own the full development lifecycle - architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
10. Work with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences

Requirements
20. Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
21. 2-4 years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend)
22. Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript (, React), or similar stacks
23. Experience integrating machine learning models into production applications
24. Solid understanding of API development, RESTful services, and cloud deployment
25. Proficient in debugging, testing, and modern software design best practices
Nice to Have
26. Experience with tools like FastAPI, Flask, TensorFlow Serving for ML model deployment
27. Familiarity with frontend frameworks like, Vue, or TypeScript
28. Exposure to ML lifecycle and ops tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GCP/AWS)
29. Experience in high-growth startup or agile product development teams
30. Understanding of AI explainability and data visualization in user interfaces
