About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing a direct service to young people under the age of 12 as directed by our client's policies and procedures;
* Working closely with the Social Care Workers and Leaders to ensure that the needs of the young people are met;
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress as required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A relevant qualification in social care (minimum level 7);
* Strong knowledge surrounding child protection, HIQA, and leadership skills;
* A minimum of 3 years' experience post-qualification work experience in children's residential services;
* A full clean driver's license (preferred).
