This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of establishments, from hotels and restaurants to catering companies and contract kitchens, while enjoying flexibility and competitive rates of pay.
As a Relief Chef, you will step into busy kitchens and support teams during peak times, holidays, or staff shortages. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent food safety standards, and adapting quickly to different kitchen environments.
Chef Requirements
We are seeking chefs who can hit the ground running and maintain high standards under pressure. To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in busy commercial kitchens.
2. Up-to-date HACCP certification.
3. Valid Manual Handling certification.
4. Strong cooking skills and knowledge across a range of menus.
5. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work as part of different teams.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to different kitchen environments.
